Medical massage clients accepted with pre-approval from your insurance company and a prescription from your doctor. Most MVA claims and workman's comp claims accepted.

Cancelation/No-show Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If a minimum of 24 hours is not given, the following will apply.

No charge for the first late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show in a calendar year. (January 1st till December 31st)
Clients will be billed for 1/2 of the cost of the appointment for the second late cancellation or no show in a calendar year
Clients will be billed for total cost of the appointment for the third late cancellation or now show in a calendar year, and for any late cancellations or no shows thereafter
