A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia and the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences in New York, Bryna graduated with a BA from Temple University and an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies from the Swedish Institute, with over 1200 hours of classroom and clinic work. She specialized in Western modalities including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage. She is also trained in the Eastern modality of Shiatsu. Bryna is licensed as a massage therapist in the states of Pennsylvania and New York and is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers (NCTMB) and is also a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP). She worked as a massage therapist for Equinox Fitness Club and Spa, one of the largest health clubs in New York City, before relocating to Lancaster County. Bryna has been working as a massage therapist for 8 years and specializes in deep tissue massage, therapeutic and medical massage, and pain management. She will tailor a massage to fit your needs, whether it be relaxation, stress reduction, medical massage, relief from tense and sore muscles, or recovery from sports injuries.
